3. Client responsibilities
Client agrees to:

  • Provide all required content (texts, images, specifications) in a timely and legal form.

  • Ensure that provided content does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable laws.

  • Cooperate promptly when feedback or approvals are needed.

4. Payment terms

  • Payment schedule will be as agreed in the project contract.

  • We may require a deposit before work begins.

  • Final payment is due upon completion and before website goes live or hand-over.

  • Late payments may result in delays or suspension of work.

5. Intellectual property & ownership

  • All materials, code, design work, and content created by PagesPlanet remain our property until full payment is received.

  • After full payment, ownership or license of the deliverables passes to the client as per agreement.

  • We may retain rights to reuse code structure, frameworks, or generic components for other projects (excluding client-specific content).

6. Revisions & scope changes

  • Client is entitled to revision(s) as outlined in the project agreement.

  • Additional changes beyond scope or after approval may be charged extra.

7. Limitation of liability

  • Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the project.

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website, third-party integrations, or external services.

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the project with written notice if the other breaches any material term.

  • Client remains liable for all costs incurred up to termination date.

9. Governing law & dispute resolution

  • These Terms are governed by applicable law (insert relevant jurisdiction).

  • Any disputes will be resolved via negotiation; if not possible, legal remedies may follow.

10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions. Continued use of our services or website after updates means acceptance of the new terms.
